Withdrawal Of Consent

When an individual withdraws their consent to processing, that withdrawal applies only to personal data collected by consent i.e. it does not apply to data collected by another lawful basis so the data controller/processor will be able to continue to process personal data collected by other lawful means.

Retention Policy

QTR must keep personnel and financial records in order to run the business efficiently and to comply with statutory requirements. The type of record will determine the length of time the record must be kept for.
